S.W. Carter Elementary School's GT Robotics Competition: 4th Grade Takes 1st Place!

On May 13th, our talented 4th and 5th grade GT students competed in the GT Robotics Competition at Region 7—and what an exciting day it was! Teams from different schools gathered to show off their robot-building and programming skills. 

Our 4th grade team worked hard, stayed focused, and showed amazing teamwork—and their efforts paid off in a big way. They took 1st place in the entire competition! We are so proud of them for their creativity, problem-solving, and determination.

The 5th grade team also did an incredible job, showing great skills and teamwork throughout the event. Every student gave their best, and it was inspiring to see how they supported each other and never gave up.

Congratulations to all our GT Robotics students—you made us proud, and we can’t wait to see you show out again next year!
